WEEE Regulations

Haircare Heaven is obliged under the WEEE Regulations to offer our customers a free take back of their WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) on like for like basis when you buy a new electrical or electronic product from us EG: If a customer buys a new styler from us we would accept their old stylers to prevent them going to Landfill site and disposing of them safely. Customers must return their WEEE items to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item from us.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol. 

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

 Haircare Heaven are responsible for the free disposal of the equipment it is the customers responsibilty to return the equipment at their cost.
